Recep Erdogan Raised The Kashmir Issue At A UNGA Meeting

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan again referred to the issue of Kashmir in his address to the UN General Assembly.

Recep Tayyip Erdogan said that the 75-year-old oppression in Kashmir needs to end. Turkey is with the Kashmiris to resolve the Kashmir issue.

He addressed “We maintain our stance in favor of solving the ongoing problem in Kashmir for 74 years, through dialogue between the parties and within the framework of relevant United Nations resolutions.

We will continue to stand in solidarity with the Afghans. Afghanistan has been left alone, regardless of its social structure. In the current situation, Afghanistan needs the cooperation of the international community, he added.

However, Addressing the General Assembly, the Turkish President said that he would continue his campaign for the rights of Palestinians.

Last year also Erdogan referred to General Debate in Jammu and Kashmir in his pre-recorded video statement.
