Imran Khan’s long march will start from Lahore on Friday

Imran Khan, Former Prime Minister and PTI chairman inform the audience of protesting a long march in the capital of Pakistan, Islamabad. The Imran Khan Long March will begin from Lahore to Islamabad on Friday for an upcoming election.

In recent times, Khan was disqualified by the Election Commission of Pakistan in the Toshakhanna reference case.  In rebuttal to the verdict by the ECP, several protests took place in the country. Khan said, to launch a long march at 11 am on Friday from Liberty Square from Lahore to Islamabad.

Khan said in a statement that he want to press the government for an early election, by adding that he will not tolerate any violence by the PTI supporters.  This will be the longest long march in the history of Pakistan, as said by Khan.

The basic aim of Khan’s government is a clean election in the country. Imran Khan was the first PM of Pakistan who was got disqualified on a ‘no confidence motion’. Imran Khan’s government immediately removed by a PMLN, Shehbaz Sharif. Sharif who took the charge of Prime Minister.

The PTI supporters are not allowed to enter Islamabad. Around 30,000 law officers will be demonstrated for protection in the Long March. ECP ruling removed Khan from the Parliament but does not hold a disqualification from the office.

The political landscape of Pakistan has caused distrupt in the country. The unstable economy is creating pressure on the public. Raised inflation, high prices, poverty, flood catastrophe, and political chaos have shifted the country’s dynamic.
