Kia Lucky Motors, a leading automobile manufacturer, has recently announced an increase in the prices of its Kia car models. The company revealed the new ex-factory prices for all its cars, which will come into effect from July 5, 2023. While the announcement does not provide a specific reason for the price hike, it is worth noting that the new prices include the Capital Value Tax (CVT).
Here are the updated prices for Kia models:
Picanto:The price of the Picanto MT model remains unchanged at Rs. 3,350,000.However, the Kia Picanto AT model has experienced a price jump of Rs. 200,000, now costing Rs. 3,825,000.Stonic:The Kia Stonic EX model maintains its price at Rs. 5,350,000.On the other hand, the Kia Stonic EX+ now has a revised price of Rs. 6,050,000, reflecting an increase of Rs. 120,000.Sportage:The Sportage Alpha model was previously priced at Rs. 7,050,000. It has now been increased by Rs. 250,000 and is available at Rs. 7,300,000.The Sportage FWD model also experienced a price hike of Rs. 250,000, now priced at Rs. 8,190,000.Similarly, the Sportage AWD model’s price has been raised to Rs. 8,820,000, marking an increase of Rs. 250,000.The newly introduced Sportage Black Edition now costs Rs. 9,300,000 after an increase of Rs. 250,000.Sorento:The Sorento 2.4L FWD model previously cost Rs. 10,400,000 but has now been revised to Rs. 10,800,000, reflecting a Rs. 400,000 increase.Similarly, the Sorento 2.4L AWD model’s price has been increased by Rs. 400,000, now available at Rs. 11,700,000.Lastly, the Sorento 3.5L FWD model now carries a price tag of Rs. 11,390,000, experiencing the same Rs. 400,000 hike as the Sorento 2.4L AWD.Revised Price of KIA Carnival:The price of the KIA Grand Carnival Executive model remains unchanged at Rs. 16,750,000.Booking Status:All Kia car models are available for purchase with full payment, with a price lock feature.Only the Carnival Executive model is available for partial payment.Terms and Conditions:Any orders (excluding Sorento and Carnival) placed in June or previous months with full payments credited by July 5, 2023, will be delivered at the existing ex-factory price.Orders booked until July 3, 2023, will be delivered at the revised prices.Ex-factory prices do not include freight and insurance charges.Customers will be responsible for new/additional duties and taxes imposed by the government at the time of delivery.The price lock offer is valid for a limited time and can be subject to change at the discretion of LMC (Kia Lucky Motors).
