Over 90 die after ferry sank off North coast of Mozambique

In Mozambique, more than 90 people have died after a ferry sank off the north coast of the country.

In a statement, Nampula Province Secretary of State Jaime Neto said five people had been rescued whereas 130 passengers were on board.

He said the boat sank due to overloading.

He said many children were among the dead.
