Pakistan Cricket Board or PCB got a green signal for PSL 2021 in UAE. PSL 6 remaining matches will be held in Abu Dhabi or Dubai. However, it is still unclear that which UAE�s city will be the final destination for the second phase of the postponed league.
According to sources, all players will go through a Coronavirus test on Tuesday (tomorrow) from the nearest lab or testing facility. However, in case of the negative COVID-19 test, players will submit passports.
The authorities in UAE have made essential for all officials and players to follow a10 day quarantine.
PSL 6 matches were postponed in March after several support staff and players tested positive for COVID-19.
Now, Pakistan Cricket Board is hopeful of scheduling the PSL 2021 remaining matches in the United Arab Emirates, as sports activities and social gatherings remain suspended in Pakistan.
Currently, Karachi Kings and Peshawar Zalmi are on first and second position at PSL 2021 points table. However, Islamabad United, Lahore Qalandars, Multan Sultans, and Quetta Gladiators are on third, fourth, fifth, and last position respectively.
