Cricket Australia Chief Executive Nick Hockley on Sunday the board is working with all stakeholders to make the tour possible.
According to a local media outlet, Hockley said, �We just had a team go over to Pakistan to do a recce.”
He added that, “We’re working closely with the PCB and authorities to make sure that those plans are set. It’s a really big complex endeavour. We�re very committed to touring,” he added.
The chief executive of Cricket Australia further said, “First time in many, many years his team will be touring Pakistan.�
Hockley termed it as Australian team�s absolute intention to tour as long as it would be safe to do so.
Earlier, on November 8, the Pakistan Cricket Board had announced the details of Australia�s first tour of Pakistan since 1998 in March and April next year.
The tour will comprise of three tests and ODIs apart from one T20.

21-25 Mar � 3rd Test, Lahore
29 Mar � 1st ODI, Lahore
