ARY Digital has emerged as the frontrunner among TV channels, captivating a massive audience with its diverse range of dramas. Surprisingly, however, three of its recent productions have failed to generate substantial viewership on YouTube. Despite their popularity on television, these dramas have struggled to attract online viewers in recent weeks.
Among the underperforming dramas, one titled “TerebinaMeinNahi” has managed an average of 1.2 million views, while another called “Hook” has garnered 2 million views. A third drama, “Bandish2,” has only achieved a few hundred thousand views. This stark difference in online viewership highlights the inconsistency between the channel’s overall popularity and the limited interest these dramas have garnered on YouTube.
Hum TV, known for its high-quality content, faced a significant disappointment with the drama “pyariMona.” This production failed to live up to expectations and caused a decline in Hum TV’s Thursday ratings. Even among Hum TV’s specifically targeted audience, it fell behind rival channel PTV, signaling a missed opportunity for the acclaimed network.
Meanwhile, Geo Entertainment continues to enjoy tremendous success with its content, amassing high TRP (Television Rating Point) and viewership numbers. However, the drama “Bojh,” which airs at 7 PM, has become a burden for the channel. Despite the channel’s overall success, this particular drama has struggled to captivate viewers and maintain the upward trajectory that Geo Entertainment is known for.
