Pakistan won its first match in the Hockey 5s World Cup 2024 at Muscat, Oman today, beating Nigeria by 11-5. 

Ashraf Rana and Hannan Shahid made three-three goals each for the national team.            

Pakistan will play its next match against Netherlands this afternoon.                                                 

The tournament started today and is the first-ever Hockey5s World Championship organized by International Hockey Federation and played with a different format of five players on each side.
