British Secretary of State David Cameron says UK's support for Israel is not unconditional.     

David Cameron said this in an article published in The Sunday Times, a week after Israel killed seven World Central Kitchen aid workers, including three Britons, in Gaza.

He said Britain expects Israel to abide by international humanitarian law.
