World Economic Forum has called for building a solid growth agenda to prevent the fragmentation of global economy.
In his closing remarks at the annual meeting in Davos, World Economic Forum President Borge Brende said progress has been made at the five day-long Forum on the issues of climate ambition, equitable growth, and frontier technologies.He expressed his confidence that "we can shape a more resilient, sustainable, and equitable future with collective efforts.On the occasion, United Nations Secretary General Antonio Guterres said Our world is plagued by a perfect storm on a number of front and finding solutions to the current global issues would be difficult if the world is not united.He said we face the gravest levels of geopolitical division and mistrust in generations.
