The Pakistan Super League’s expenses will be distributed to franchises next week.

According to Pakistan Cricket Board sources, PSL 7 has brought a total financial benefit of over Rs 2 billion to the cricket board. Due to Corona, the fifth and sixth edition teams had to bear the cost of about one billion rupees in terms of concessions.

It was also revealed that the PCB currently possesses reserves worth Rs 15 billion, up from $ 12 billion in the previous fiscal year.In addition, the cricket board has held several meetings this week regarding the central contract.

It is proposed to award the contract in terms of red ball and white ball format.

There has been discussion about granting contracts to players in two formats. It has been proposed to raise the number of participants in the developing category, which now includes three players.

It is suggested to establish funds for iconic players, who will be paid from the funds but must play in leagues at the very least. Cricketers earn less than the rest of the globe. This chasm must be bridged. The athletes’ pay will inevitably rise as a result of the current agreements.
