Expanding on the original notification, it has reported that Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif decided to extend the holiday period by including June 28 as well. The formal notification for the June 28 public holiday expected to released by the Cabinet Division in the near future.
In alignment with the holiday schedule, the State Bank of Pakistan has announced its closure on June 29 and 30, due to the Eid al-Adha festivities. This closure aims to accommodate the celebrations and enable employees to partake in the religious and cultural significance of the occasion.
