Renowned Psychologist Dr Asma Naheed has emphasized the importance of mental health in the workplace.
During an interview with Radio Pakistan’s Correspondent Qasim Bukhari, she highlighted that organizational culture reflects its vision and mission, and that organizational psychologists play a key role in assessing employee fit, burnout, and personality traits to enhance efficiency.Dr Asma Naheed stressed the need for students to acquire practical skills to excel in the corporate sector, noting that Pakistan's youth is a valuable asset.She also advocated for training in time management, behavioral skills, and anger management to prepare young people for productive roles in society.
