The political party had also reportedly encroached on the adjacent land.On June 4, Islamabad High Court ordered authorities to immediately de-seal Tehreek-e-Insaaf's central office in the federal capital Islamabad.Islamabad High Court Justice Thaman Rifat Imtiaz issued a reserved verdict. The court accepted PTI's plea against the Capital Development Authority CDA.It should be noted that on June 3, the Islamabad High Court reserved its decision on the petition against sealing the central secretariat of PTI and the CDA operation.Earlier on May 27, the IHC removed the objection of the registrar's office on the petition filed by the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) against the sealing of the party's central secretariat and the operation of the Capital Development Authority (CDA). The directive was issued.In the petition filed by the PTI leader, it was requested that CDA's order to seal the Central Secretariat should be annulled.
