Ahad Raza Mir’s Resident Evil got canceled after its one season

Netflix – a movie streaming platform has canceled Ahad Raza Mir’s Series, Resident Evil for a second season. The first episode was released on July 14, 2022, on Netflix, the series got canceled after its initial release. It was believed that the show could not pull a large gathering and good popularity. And could not make its place on Netflix’s top 10 ratings. Neither the cost nor the views were equivalent to Netflix’s criteria for any show.

The show was released at the same time as Stranger Things were released. However, stranger things have churned a trending position. Resident Evil positioned a second spot worldwide with 72.7 million but decreased after the first week.

The film series is based on a Game series known as Biohazard in Japan. The series cast includes – Lance Reddick, Tamara Smart, Siena Agudong, Adeline Rudolph Connor Gosatti, and Turlough Convery.
