The PSL 2021 Replacement Draft was conducted on Tuesday(yesterday). However, 19 foreign players are finalized during the PSL 6replacement draft.
According to the Pakistan Super League format, teams will have to include a minimum of two and a maximum of four players in the playing eleven.
PSL Replacement Draft Players
Franchises picked these players for the second phase of Pakistan Super League 2021.
Quetta Gladiators: Andre Russell replaced Tom Banton
Karachi Kings: Martin Guptill, Thisara Perera, Najeebullah Zadran,and Liton Das replaced Colin Ingram, Mohammad Nabi, Dan Christian, and JoeClarke respectively.
Lahore Qalandars: Shakib-al-Hasan, James Faulkner, JoeBurns, Callum Fergusson, and Seekuge Prasana replaced Rashid Khan, David Wiese,Samit Patel, Tom Abell, and Joe Denly respectively.
Islamabad United: Janneman Malan and Usman Khawajareplaced Lewis Gregory and Alex Hales respectively.
Peshawar Zalmi: Fabian Allen, Rovman Powell, and Fidel Edwardsreplaced Mujeeb-ur-Rahman, Liam Livingstone, and Saqib Mahmood respectively.
Multan Sultans: Mahmudullah Riyad, Rahmanullah Gurbaz, George Linde, andObed McCoy replaced Chris Lynn, James Vince, Adam Lyth, and Carlos Brathwaiterespectively.
In March, PSL 2021 was postponed due to the reporting of Coronavirus cases among players and staff members.
Now, PSL 6 is going to begin in June. National Stadium Karachi will host all remaining matches from June 1 to June 20. Here is the schedule of all remaining matches including the PSL 2021 final.
